Okta wanted to bring its new corporate vision and brand story to life through engaging, modern content experiences.
After a sustained period of rapid growth and a recent acquisition, Okta was looking to deliver a digital customer experience that more accurately represented its brand and positioned the company as the leading customer identity provider. Organizational silos hindered its ability to develop connected content experiences. The performance of existing content was unclear. And the company lacked a cohesive content strategy to inform priorities, resources, and technology investment.
The Solution
Tendo developed a content strategy roadmap for Okta that charted a course towards an elevated digital content experience.
Tendo worked with Okta to bring its North Star vision to life via a practical content strategy framework and roadmap. This was informed by a content maturity assessment, targeted stakeholder research and qualitative and quantitative content analysis. The roadmap was focused on addressing some of the organization’s key challenges—cross-functional collaboration and governance, content findability, globalization, and content measurement and optimization.
