While this role has management and leadership responsibility, it is also deeply hands on, requiring an individual to “do” as well as direct: developing client strategies, preparing and presenting deliverables, and guiding overall solution development.

As a content leader, you should be adept at providing active client leadership and consulting “in the room” based on your experience and knowledge of content strategy best practices. You’ll also be a catalyst who defines and adapts emergent content strategy best practices into Tendo’s POV, client recommendations, and deliverables.

Responsibilities also include contributing to the execution of successful content planning, analysis, migration, management and optimization projects and supporting strong client relationships.
