We have exciting news! Tendo has acquired DEFT Digital, a content and digital strategy agency based in Washington, D.C.

The acquisition of DEFT adds to Tendo’s already robust content strategy capabilities, bringing fresh perspective and new talent to the team.

DEFT has a wealth of experience in content and digital strategy, from front-end brand definition to the back-end technology model and everything in between. The DEFT team has worked with companies like Salesforce, Marriott International, and Time Warner Cable on projects including enterprise-level website content strategy, integrated content campaigns, mobile application development, email marketing, and social media programs.

As a full-service B2B content marketing agency, Tendo has been helping clients develop integrated content programs, engage their most important audiences, and drive business outcomes since 1999. For DEFT, Tendo’s years of success in this space—and clear focus on content—provide a perfect foundation for growth and a great new home for the team.

This acquisition means the start of our first East Coast office (in Washington, D.C.) and a broader team of content professionals. As part of the acquisition, Lindy Roux will be joining us at Tendo as VP, Managing Director. Lindy comes to us with a wide-ranging experience that spans from content strategy to branding to analytics. She will be leading some of our key content strategy and marketing engagements, as well as Tendo’s East Coast presence.

“I’m proud and excited to join this stellar team of professionals,” she says, “and I look forward to continuing to grow and learn in my new role.”

Tendo is ready to start a new wave of effective and innovative content. Interested in learning more? Get in touch.
