The Challenge

The Autodesk team needed support to keep up with the pace of its annual “Global Launch” cycle of product content updates across its website.

Global Launch, which uses an ongoing agile process, follows a demanding schedule involving multiple stakeholders from the product, design, and SEO teams. This required a trusted partner who could implement Autodesk’s style and governance and contribute to ongoing process refinement, workflow documentation, and program management.

The Solution

In addition to handling editorial updates, reviews, and approvals, Tendo provided hands-on program management for Global Launch.

Acting as an extension of the Autodesk team, we proactively directed processes and workflows. Our team helped Autodesk pilot content innovations (such as personalization), drive and document process improvements (such as unified review in AEM), and create content templates for a smoother publishing process.

The Results
3

years as a trusted content partner

45

product centers successfully updated annually

Over the past three years supporting Autodesk’s content program, Tendo has successfully executed and managed content updates for 45-plus product centers each year. Improvements to content have created a better and more accessible customer experience, and refinements to the review process have resulted in fewer content updates during QA, allowing content to be published faster.
